HOLY LAND IN ISRAEL, GREECE & EPHESUS – 10 days

DAY 1 – WEDNESDAY – ARRIVE IN ATHENS
Transfer to your Hotel in Athens.

DAY 2 – THURSDAY – ANCIENT CORINTH – CENCHREAE - ATHENS
We commence our enchanting drive along the Saronic Gulf where our first stop will be at the Corinth Canal.  Then, on to the site of Ancient Corinth, home to the Apostle Paul for 1½ years.  Visit the ancient port of Cenchreae before returning to Athens.
After we shall see the highlights of Athens including visits to the Acropolis and Mars Hill, where the Apostle Paul preached to the Athenians.

DAY 3 – FRIDAY - EMBARK CRUISE – MYKONOS
Today we embark on our cruise ship and at 11am we set sail.  Our evening will be spent on the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos.

DAY 4 – SATURDAY – KUSADASI (EPHESUS) – PATMOS
This morning we will explore the ancient City of Ephesus in Turkey.  Both the Apostles Paul and John had visited here.  Our afternoon is spent on the serene island of Patmos.  Here we shall see the cave the Apostle John made his home when he had been exiled here.  The cave was also the location where John wrote the book of Revelations.

DAY 5 – SUNDAY – CRETE – SANTORINI
From the port of Heraklion in Crete we will make our way to Knossos the centre of the ancient Minioan civilization and legendary home of the Minotaur.  In the afternoon be inspired by the unique beauty of the island Santorini.  We can stroll freely through the cliff hanging villages and admire the breathtaking views.

DAY 6 – MONDAY – DISEMBARK FROM SHIP – FLY TO TEL AVIV
After disembarkation, we transfer to Athens airport for our flight to Tel Aviv, Israel.  Upon arrival drive to Jerusalem for an overnight stay.

DAY 7 – TUESDAY – MT. OLIVES – GETHSEMANE – MT. ZION – BETHLEHEM
Today we start with the Mount of Olives, followed by Gethsemane where Jesus suffered the Agony and was taken prisoner. Then on to Mount Zion, the site of the Last Supper and Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity.

DAY 8 – JERUSALEM
Today we shall walk the Via Dolorosa, starting from the point where He was condemned by Pontius Pilate to the final station where He was laid in His tomb.  On to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Western (Wailing) Wall, finishing of at the Israel Museum.

DAY 9 – NAZARETH – CANA – TIBERIAS
Our first visit today will be to Nazareth, then the village of Cana where the water was turned into wine.  On to Tiberias and Tabgha where the miracle with the loaves and fishes was performed.  Then on to Capernaum and Mount Beatitude.  Return to Jerusalem.
